Terms and conditions

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for thirty days and free of obligation. From-prices on the website are indicative; the quote always contains a fixed price for the agreed work. Prices exclude VAT.

Payment

Projects involve a deposit of fifty percent on assignment and fifty percent on delivery, unless agreed otherwise in the quote. The payment term for invoices is fourteen days. The 99 euro demo is invoiced upfront and deducted if the project proceeds.

Delivery and ownership

After full payment, ownership of the delivered code transfers to the client. Open source components remain under their own licences.

Maintenance

Maintenance plans are invoiced monthly and can be cancelled monthly. Work outside the plan is agreed upon in advance.

Liability

Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the assignment in question. MDJI Services is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost revenue or data loss caused by factors beyond its control.

Confidentiality

All information shared in the context of an assignment is treated confidentially and not shared with third parties without consent.
