Web application development

A web application is software that runs in the browser, built around how your business works: a client portal, a planning tool, a quoting module or an internal system. MDJI Services builds a first, small version from 750 euros, at a fixed price after the intake call.

Who is this for?

  • You work with spreadsheets, email and loose lists, and that costs hours every week.
  • You want customers to schedule, order or view their details themselves.
  • Off-the-shelf software does not quite fit how your business works.

What it costs

A first, small web application starts at 750 euros. Larger systems vary a lot per project; for those you receive a proposal with a fixed price and a schedule after the intake call.

What determines the price

  • The number of features and types of users.
  • Integrations with other systems.
  • Whether existing data needs to be migrated.

Want to see something first? For 99 euros we build a working demo. If you go ahead, that amount is deducted. Request a demo

How it works

  1. Intake call

We discuss your idea, goals and budget in a thirty-minute conversation, by phone or in person. Free and without obligation. You get initial advice right away.

  2. Proposal and planning

Within a few working days you receive a proposal with a fixed price, a schedule and a clear description of the deliverables. No surprises afterwards.

  3. Build and interim demos

During the build you follow along at fixed moments through a staging environment. You can adjust course before anything is final, and watch the project take shape step by step.

  4. Delivery and aftercare

Delivery is followed by a period of free aftercare for small adjustments. After that you can opt for a maintenance plan, but it is never an obligation.

Frequently asked questions

What does a web application cost?

A first, small version starts at 750 euros. For larger systems you receive a proposal with a fixed price after the intake call.

What is the difference between a web application and an app?

A web application runs in the browser, so without installation on laptop, tablet and phone. A mobile app is installed from the App Store or Google Play. For a lot of business software, a web application is the fastest and most affordable route.

How long does development take?

That varies a lot per project. The schedule is always in the proposal, and during the build you follow along in a test environment.

Who owns the code?

You do. After payment you receive full ownership of the code and all access, so you are not tied to us.

Can you extend an existing system?

Yes, also if another party built it. We then start with a short technical check, so you know where you stand.
