What it costs

The price of an integration depends on the systems that need to talk to each other and what they allow. That is why we do not quote a starting price; you receive a fixed price in the proposal after the intake call.

  • Which systems are involved and whether they have a good API.
  • How many types of data go back and forth.
  • Whether the integration works in one direction or in two.

How it works

  1. Intake call

    We discuss your idea, goals and budget in a thirty-minute conversation, by phone or in person. Free and without obligation. You get initial advice right away.

  2. Proposal and planning

    Within a few working days you receive a proposal with a fixed price, a schedule and a clear description of the deliverables. No surprises afterwards.

  3. Build and interim demos

    During the build you follow along at fixed moments through a staging environment. You can adjust course before anything is final, and watch the project take shape step by step.

  4. Delivery and aftercare

    Delivery is followed by a period of free aftercare for small adjustments. After that you can opt for a maintenance plan, but it is never an obligation.

What does an API integration cost?

That depends on the systems and what they allow. After the intake call you receive a proposal with a fixed price.

Which systems can you connect?

Systems that offer an API, such as many accounting packages, payment providers and CRM systems. In the intake call we look at your systems.

What if a supplier changes their system?

Then the integration sometimes needs to change too. Maintenance from 50 euros per month covers that; it is not mandatory.

Who owns the integration?

You do. After payment you receive full ownership of the code and all access.
