MDJI Services processes personal data solely to stay in touch with you and to schedule appointments. This statement explains which data that involves and how it is handled.

Which data is processed

When booking an intake call, the form asks for your name, email address, phone number and optionally your company name and a note. No data is collected beyond what is needed for this purpose.

What it is used for

The data is only used to confirm the appointment, hold the meeting and possibly send a follow-up proposal. It is not shared with third parties and not used for marketing without your consent.

How long it is kept

Appointment data is kept for a maximum of two years, unless a collaboration follows. In that case the statutory retention periods for business records apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Send an email to do so; you will receive a response within four weeks.
