Client portal development in Amsterdam

A client portal is a secure area where your clients log in to see their own details, documents and progress. MDJI Services in Amsterdam builds a first, small version from 750 euros, at a fixed price after the intake call. Our own clients also follow their project in a portal we built ourselves.

From 750 euro, fixed price after the intake call

Who is this for?

  • Clients often email or call to ask how things are going.
  • Documents and agreements are scattered across email and separate files.
  • Clients need to view, complete or approve information themselves.

Do you mainly want clients to book their own appointments? Then a booking system fits better. Looking for other custom work? View web applications

What you get

Login without a password
Clients log in with a one-time link by email, so they do not need to remember a password.
Only their own details
Each client only sees what belongs to them. The system checks this on every page.
Everything in one place
Documents, progress and agreements sit together, instead of scattered across your inbox.
Responding in the portal
Clients approve, leave comments or submit a request, and you get a notification.

What it costs

A first, small version starts at 750 euros. A portal with more features or integrations costs more; for those you receive a proposal with a fixed price and a schedule after the intake call.

What determines the price

  • What clients can see and what they can do themselves.
  • The number of user types, such as clients, staff and administrators.
  • Integrations with your accounting, CRM or other systems.

Want to see something first? For 99 euros we build a working demo. If you go ahead, that amount is deducted. Request a demo

How it works

  1. Intake call

We discuss your idea, goals and budget in a thirty-minute conversation, by phone or in person. Free and without obligation. You get initial advice right away.

  2. Proposal and planning

Within a few working days you receive a proposal with a fixed price, a schedule and a clear description of the deliverables. No surprises afterwards.

  3. Build and interim demos

During the build you follow along at fixed moments through a staging environment. You can adjust course before anything is final, and watch the project take shape step by step.

  4. Delivery and aftercare

Delivery is followed by a period of free aftercare for small adjustments. After that you can opt for a maintenance plan, but it is never an obligation.

Frequently asked questions

What does a custom client portal cost?

A first, small version starts at 750 euros. The price depends on what clients can do in the portal; after the intake call you receive a proposal with a fixed price.

How secure is a client portal?

We build it so clients only see their own details, and check that on every page. Which data goes in and how long you keep it is something we discuss beforehand.

Do clients need to install anything?

No. A client portal runs in the browser and works on laptop, tablet and phone.

Can the portal connect to my systems?

Often yes, if your systems offer an integration. In the intake call we look at which data can move across automatically.

Who owns the code?

You do. After payment you receive full ownership of the code and all access.

Are you based in Amsterdam?

Yes, MDJI Services is on Karel Klinkenbergstraat in Amsterdam. The intake call can be by phone, at our office or at your location.
