One-page site or full website: which one fits you?

A one-page site is quick and affordable, a full website grows with you. How to choose without buying too much or too little.

A one-page site is a single page with everything on it: who you are, what you do, why someone should choose you and how to reach you. A full website spreads that over several pages, with room for each service on its own.

The differences side by side

One-page websiteFull website
Price at MDJI from 750 euros from 1,250 euros
Pages one several, per service or topic
Found on Google for your name and what you do for its own search term per service or topic
Fits a start, one product or one event several services, cases or a blog

When a one-page site is enough

  • You offer one service or a small, clear range.
  • You have just started and want to be online quickly, with a clear way to get in touch.
  • You are launching one product, event or campaign.
  • Most clients find you through your network or social media, not through Google.

A one-page site at MDJI starts at 750 euro. It loads fast, works well on mobile and can later grow into a full site.

When a full website is the better choice

  • You offer several services and want to be found in Google for each of them.
  • You want to show what you have done, with cases or projects.
  • You want features such as a booking calendar, a quote request or a blog.
  • You expect your offering to grow in the coming years.

Google usually decides it. Every page can be found for its own search term: a page about bathroom renovation and a page about kitchen fitting each attract their own visitors. On a single page that works far less well.

A company website at MDJI starts at 1,250 euro.

Not sure? Start small and expand

A one-page site does not have to be a dead end. If it is set up well, the same foundation can grow into a full website later without starting over. Ask about that in every quote: can this be expanded later, and what would that cost?

Frequently asked questions

Is a one-page website bad for being found?

Not bad, but limited. You are found for your name and for what you do. If you want to be found for several search terms, separate pages per topic work better.

What does a one-page website cost?

At MDJI from 750 euros, excluding VAT. You receive the fixed price after the intake call.

Can I move from a one-page site to a full website later?

Yes, if the foundation is set up well. Ask in every quote what expanding later would cost.
